This residential project is characterized by dynamism of the external perimeter surfaces, such as balconies, stairs and outdoor living.
The villa stands in a large green area near the sea. The windows are of various sizes and the custom made EVB installed is Lume.
Also in this case Lume was treated with Seaside process in white RAL 9010 finish.
In the interior spaces of the villa rigorous volumes alternate in white tones, the blue and cream palette marks the living areas and the sleeping area.
